Just a quick one. We're sitting in an Internet Cafe that is pumping with Indian doof doof.
Jodhpur was a nice place and gets its name 'The Blue City" because almost all of the buildings are painted some shade of blue. It looks amazing walking through and especially from a distance. I will upload photos of it later. The streets here were the most narrow, crowded and busy ones that I have ever come across in my life - I think that it took an hour to navigate about half a kilometre! We found ourselves staring at each other from opposite sides of the road many times. It was quite overwhelming but fun at the same time. The cows get precedence above the pedestrians and there is always a string of Indian children following us closely shouting random words of English!
There was a fort here with a great audio tour which helped us heaps with understanding what all of the monuments and statues were all about as most of the time we have no idea and trying to decipher becomes too much of a hassle.
We had dinner at our restaurant on the roof and didn't like it as it had heaps of aniseed and we both hate it so we ate very little. The waiter later on expressed his astonishment that we left mst of it...
